Gretton Court is in Melton Mowbray (see map on home page). Please park only in the designated area to the left as you come to the end of the roadway. The area we shoot on is situated behind a residential home with the river to the right and fields to the left. Access is via a slope from the pathway by the side of residential home. There are conifer trees to the left as well that do seem to break the prevailing wind. There is a public right of way thro the field. On summer days it is a real sun trap so don't forget the sun cream!

There are no seats or refreshments on site (bring your own), in poor or hot weather there is a gazebo that can be erected. There are toilets available in the residential home.

There is a petrol station about 5 minutes walk which sells a variety of items. Melton town centre is about 15 minutes walk.

We store equipment in the residential home which is taken to the field on a large trolley. If you are going to shoot, timing your visit to be there for setting up, putting away or both would be appreciated as it is a case of 'many hands make light work' (20 minutes or so if there are 10 people).
